How soon will i receive my item?

We will dispatch the items within 3 days. We post all items by Royal Mail First Class which usually takes 1-3 Days and items will not be accepted as lost until 10 days since posting has passed. We always obtain proof of purchase.

 

Where items are provided by overseas suppliers, the shipping time frame is clearly stated. Please be patient as items may take up to 40 business days to arrive. 

 

Whats the return policy?

If you need to return your item, please first contact us by email queenofbows@outlook.com. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Personalised bows cannot be returned unless faulty. 

Earrings are non exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Can I cancel an order?

Yes but must be within 3 days. Please contact us via email queenofbows@outlook.com as soon as possible.  

How much is shipping?

Our standard shipping for the UK (Royal Mail First Class) is £2.50

USA rates are £11.50

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and USA.  

How do I place a custom order?

Email us at queenofbows@outlook.com with your idea and we will work with you to create your bespoke bow. Please think about shapes, colours and fabrics you like. Prices will depend on design.
